We recently completed the final phase of our home renovation which has spanned the last 9 years. Eggleston Construction is the 7th contractor we have had working in our home. Each project prior to this was was a bit of a nightmare! Eggleston was hired to replace all the interior doors, replace baseboard and trim, paint nearly every room in the house (ceiling, walls, and trim), waterproof and replace some drywall, install hardwood flooring and carpet, fix many issues left by previous contractors, and build something to replace an old wrought iron railing. Along the way, several other issues came up! Needless to say, every room in our house was touched by Eggleston Construction.
From day 1, Brandon and his team were courteous, professional, and treated our home as if it were their own. Every aspect of this project was done with attention to the most minute detail. Any issues that came up along the way were fixed the right way. And Brandon never said “No, that can’t be done”. He came up with creative solutions to awkward problems and the result is high quality! The icing on the cake is the spectacular railing/banister and maple stairs he created which has turned our entry into a piece of art!
If you want high quality workmanship, an honest hardworking team of professionals, and results you will love, I highly recommend Eggleston Construction. My only regret is that I didn’t know Brandon and Kathy Eggleston 9 years ago!

In January of 2018 we enlisted the services of Eggleston Construction for a kitchen and laundry renovation. Prior to work starting, we were provided with a thorough estimate for the services and supplies along with a timeline for completing the renovation. We had worked with a cabinet designer separately but also engaged with Brandon to ensure our design would work to the building specifications. We also ordered a custom range hood and farm sink that required additional support for installation (not an issue for Brandon).
When we needed to find the right countertops, Brandon and Kathy recommended Granitetech and we were very pleased with their selection. Another unique solution that they offered was to use a custom design for our pantry which was small and awkward. Their recommendation for going with the Container Store was fantastic! Kathy even met me there to help me get started with the designer. We love the organized space.
We moved our laundry into our master bathroom and his team built a custom cabinet over the washer and dryer with folding doors to hide our appliances and to keep the space neat.
Brandon and Kathy take care in who they hire to work with them and everyone they contracted were polite and respectful. Our kitchen came out better than we could have imagined and only one week later than anticipated. The most important comment we can share is that Brandon takes pride in perfection.
It was a great experience! We highly recommend Eggleston Construction.

It’s been a pleasure to work with Eggleston Construction for my home’s exterior siding replacement which had been damaged for at least a decade. As I’m fairly new to home repairs, Brandon, was incredibly helpful and patient, walking me through and highlighting areas of concern since the wood rot had some damage under the siding, as well as recommendations to enhance and update the carport which had an old gable. Brandon always made sure to set the level of expectation and takes pride in his work, he has an acute sense of detail in his craftsmanship which I noticed immediately, from the removal of the old wood slats to the installation and painting of all siding, he made working with the existing structure look very easy. My house has a fresh and new feel to it, I can’t be more pleased with having met Brandon and asking him to work on my home. I would highly recommend Brandon and would most certainly ask him to work on future home projects, but on top of that, Brandon is just a really nice guy

Eggleston Construction did an amazing job with our front porch. We’d use them again for any project in our house.
We bought our home two years ago (it’s 25 years old). The house has a huge wrap around front porch that had begun to show visible rot on the tongue and groove boards. We knew that there could be additional issues with the supporting columns and understructure. We wanted someone who paid attention to detail and would honestly evaluate the problems that may come up on the job.
Eggleston worked with us in so many ways. From the first planning meeting, we were given options in various price ranges along with recommendations from Brandon’s wealth of experience. We were able to choose the columns, the decking boards, and railings that fit our needs but that we knew were good quality products. We wanted to match the color of our house and Eggleston arranged for sample pieces so that we could see various textures and colors in the light of our house.
When construction began, Brandon and his team did exactly what they said when they said they were going to do it. Construction trailer was dropped off (and picked up at end of job) exactly when it was needed and planned. Additional materials were ordered and timely delivered so that work was not delayed. Additional work was needed on the columns and structure of our deck, however, Brandon kept us apprised and did what needed to be done, nothing more and nothing less. The work is beautiful and precise. (My husband is an engineer and trust me, he’s exacting)
An additional attribute of Eggleston is that they estimate the time the work is going to take (ours was outside, so weather was a factor) however, they do the work in a timely manner and aren’t hanging around long after you thought they should be gone AND they work on your project. They do not leave days and days when you don’t see anyone working and you have a mess.
I highly recommend Eggleston Construction.

I was kept informed of problems and was provided options for solutions. When there were concerns or changes, I was promptly informed and photos provided.
